arky delegate now shares 95% and accepts only 100 Ark minimum votes

After the next two special payouts (100% + whale excluded), the share will return to 95% and the minimum staking vote will be pushed to Ѧ 100 on april 7th.

Spring is coming ! On march 21 it will be two years of forge for arky delegate and the second ARK mainnet launch anniversary…
